1. Shipping to Jamaica – Shipjalo provides a freight forwarding address for users to shop online. We transport your package to Jamaica, clear it through customs, and deliver it to your door.
2. Last-Mile Delivery for Business – We offer fulfillment and local delivery services. This includes storage, handling, and delivery of goods on behalf of businesses.
3. Shipping Website Builder – A SaaS platform that enables couriers to create and manage their own shipping websites. Features include package management, invoicing, delivery scheduling, and more.

Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and while using any of our platforms.
• Use the services for lawful purposes only.
• Maintain the security of your account and keep your login credentials confidential.

These are available for an additional fee and are subject to these same terms.

• Loss, delay, or damage of packages
• Interruptions in service
• Customs delays or actions by third parties

Use of our services is at your own risk. Users are responsible for complying with local laws and ensuring that packages comply with all customs and shipping regulations.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.
